Educational Advocacy
We have experience working with children with special needs and mental and physical health diagnoses that may influence their ability to perform at school. We have provided educational advocacy to parents and children who are interested in their children receiving services at their school that can help with their school performance and support them emotionally and/or physically. If you are unsure if your child may benefit from additional services, are unsure what services are available, or are having difficulty navigating your child’s 504 plan or IEP, please reach out to us so we can schedule a consultation and make sure no stone is left unturned.
Our goal is to ensure that parents, children, and schools have open communication about a student’s needs as well as the possibilities and limitations in regards to services that can be accessed and provided. We feel it is important for every child to feel safe and supported at school.
