Stephanie Szast, RN
Stephanie Szast, RN, is a licensed Registered Nurse with 5 years of experience in emergency medicine and outpatient care. Stephanie obtained her bacherlos’ degree in Nursing from Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University. Stephanie has worked within emergency medicine for over 5 years, and has worked with individuals of all ages experiencing mental health symptoms and crises.
Stephanie has over 4 years of critical care experience, working with individuals from birth to end of life, and takes great pride in the fragility of life and the resilience of the human spirit. Stephanie holds many certifications in nursing including trauma, triage, charge training, as well as life support, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and PALS. She is CPI (crisis prevention institute) certified and provides CPI training to healthcare providers in the hospital setting.
Stephanie believes that with the right tools and support everyone can live a healthier and more fulfilling life. She does not believe in stigmatization and believes everyone deserves the appropriate care and the opportunity to flourish. Stephanie is family oriented, as a proud mother of two, which is her favorite title yet! In her spare time, Stephanie loves to travel and enjoy life to the fullest.
