Derek Bennett, Case Manager & Accounts Specialist

Derek Bennett is our case manager and client accounts specialist. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Justice and Law from Western Connecticut State University. Derek has experience working with children and adolescents in the foster care system, as well as assisting adults to access care such as food assistance and support groups. Derek is not only here to help you access your records, access care such as food assistance or grief support groups, but can also help you understand your insurance benefits and what you owe for visits. As an accounts specialist, Derek is here to communicate with you to make sure your needs are addressed whether that is concern about your insurance coverage or the need to access a service within or outside our office.

Derek takes pride in assessing patients’ needs and assisting them to access care, with the goal of improving the well-being of those he serves. Derek is driven by a genuine desire to make a difference and contribute to positive change within the healthcare space. Outside of work Derek loves to travel, go hiking, fishing, and attend sporting events.
