Faith Glenn, LPC

Faith Glenn, LPC, graduated from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA with her bachelor's degree and received her Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from American international college in Springfield, MA. Faith has experience with working with adolescents, teens, young adults and adults working within different capacities and environments, including SFIT programs, Group homes, and Extended Day Treatment Programs. Faith has experience working with many individuals and ages, including providing individual, group, family, and multifamily therapy. She has experience working with all ages, from 8 years old to adults, and specializes in work with adolescents (12+) and young adults, taking a special interest in their transitional life changes and the challenges this brings up, including symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Faith utilizes Evidence Based Practices and a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Holistic Mindfulness Practices, and Solution focused theory. Faith tailors her methods to each individual's needs.

Faith blends empathy, warmth, active listening, and creativity, to support clients on their journey toward mental wellness and personal growth. Faith brings a diverse background in both traditional counseling and holistic modalities, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere where clients feel heard and valued. She navigates challenges specific to adolescents, such as family dynamics and school-related stressors, and supports young adults through transitions like career decisions, relationships, and personal identity.
