Lindsey has experience working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds and with varied learning needs including those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other learning or developmental differences. She is adept at helping young clients manage anxiety, depression, and the effects of complex trauma.

In addition to her work with youth, Lindsey is passionate about supporting young adults, parents, and families as they navigate various difficulties such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, and parenthood. She strives to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, explore their experiences, process emotions, and develop healthy coping strategies.

Lindsey integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, mindfulness, grounding techniques, and other strengths-based approaches into her work. She is dedicated to empowering her clients with the insight and tools needed to face life's challenges with confidence and move toward their fullest potential. Lindsey is committed to ongoing growth as a clinician and actively seeks opportunities to deepen her knowledge and refine her skills to best meet the evolving needs of her clients.

At the core of her work is a commitment to empathy, authenticity, and meaningful connection. She believes in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they grow, heal, and flourish.
