Paige Cunningham, LMSW
Paige Cunningham, LMSW, is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker committed to helping individuals build resilience, find balance, and improve their emotional well-being. She holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Connecticut (UConn) and both a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from Elon University. With a background in school-based social work and clinical experience supporting children, young adults, and families, Paige has experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, life adjustments, grief and loss, and more.
Paige draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed CBT, and mindfulness techniques to help clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives. She also enjoys incorporating elements of play therapy, art therapy, and psychoeducation in her everyday work. She believes in fostering a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work toward personal growth.
Prior to becoming a social worker, Paige worked in boarding schools as a houseparent and for over ten summers as a camp counselor, experiences that deepened her commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments for young people. Her professional approach integrates empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practice to empower clients and help them reach their goals.
Paige is excited to support clients of all ages and is honored to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing and growth. She believes that therapy is a space for growth, connection, and self-discovery - and is committed to helping clients build lives that feel more authentic, grounded, and hopeful.
