Sophia Patelli, Administrative Coordinator
Sophia Patelli is our kind, friendly administrative coordinator that works with our medical receptionists to ensure client’s are matched with the best therapist for their needs, as well as managing client accounts to ensure clients have the most up to date information on our policies and procedures. Her warm and welcoming personality will help you to feel at home and remind you that we offer wraparound care at our practice, with every person you interact with.
Sophia takes a great interest in helping patients and listening to your individual needs and concerns. She is passionate about healthcare, and is currently enrolled in the nursing degree program with Naugatuck Valley Community College. Through the years, while exploring her interest in healthcare, she took an EMT course which not only sharpened her skills, but solidified her interest in the medical field. Her career aspiration, once becoming an RN, is to pursue a doctorate in nurse anesthesiology.
Sophia grew up in a family of medical professionals which is what inspired her career choices. In addition to a lifetime of interest in the medical field, Sophia previously worked at a small primary care physician’s office in Long Island, and became certified in Mental Health First Aid. She is CPR certified and a former Junior Lifeguard, competing at Nationals as well as the Southwestern Conferences for her high school swim team. She loves nature and recently picked up a love of paddle boarding. She is conversational in Spanish, having grown up in a multilingual household.
